Providing access to your building isn't just the law - it also makes good business sense. Aside from the hefty fines you could face if your building isn't ADA compliant, when you make it easy for people with mobility challenges to use your facility, everyone benefits in the end. The Flexi-Lift commercial elevator is the practical and cost-effective answer for building owners, architects, office managers and users to overcome accessibility issues in their public buildings. Whether you're looking for a fully ADA compliant LU/LA (Limited Use/Limited Application) elevator, or need something customized and built to order (BTO), the Flexi-Lift will give you exactly what you need - guaranteed! |
||
If you're an architect making plans for a future building, or a facility manager who's trying to get ADA compliant, the Flexi-Lift offers you:
Because of the way we build it, the Flexi-Lift unit will be ready to install sooner than typical commercial elevators. Our modular design increases installation ease and virtually eliminates extensive site preparations! You pick what you want - it's your call! The Flexi-Lift is fully customizable! You can combine standard features and select options to match your unit with your building's décor and design. Everything from the doors to the controls to the interior is yours to pick and choose! We can custom fit the elevator car to your new or existing building's space requirements. Car sizes can range from 36" - 54" wide by 36" - 60" long. The fully automatic doors leave a clear 36" opening for easy accessibility. Chose between side opening or bi-fold doors, or manual accordion car gates. Add electronic eye obstruction sensors at the car entrance for an additional level of safety. You'll have your choice of long-lasting and tough interior finishes - metal panels with durable powder coat finish in choice of ivory, taupe, sable brown, or pearl gray. Or, if you prefer, choose laminate panels. Car and landing controls illuminate when the desired floor button is pressed. A battery-operated emergency light and alarm are standard features. Digital floor position indicator displays the location of the car. Dual recessed ceiling lights illuminate the car for complete visibility. Add motion detectors to the car light to conserve energy. Each occupant's safety is considered because each car is equipped with a phone jack and you can add an ADA compliant phone. Optional recessed telephone box and handrails can be selected in a stainless steel or bronze finish. And key locks in car operating panels or hall stations can be added to prevent unauthorized use. For nearly 60 years, ThyssenKrupp Access has been the most trusted provider of accessibility solutions for builders, architects, and facility managers across the globe. With the largest engineering staff in the industry, you can count on us to continue to work with you as a partner, giving you the answers you need to your most pressing challenges. |
